Juridical expert is a person with appropriate qualifications and experience entitled to provide an expert opinion. Juridical expert is appointed by the competent regional court or by the Ministry of Justice.

A list of registered juridical experts and interpreters is managed by individual county courts, based on the expert’s (interpreter’s) permanent residence. The central list of registered juridical experts and interpreters is managed by the Ministry of Justice and is publicly accessible.
